Abstract This document is an English-language translation of a German document concerning the Germans' treatment of Anglo-American and Soviet-Russian military missions captured in combat with partisans in the southeast. The document summarizes the discussion of whether to treat these military missions as prisoners of war or as commandos and saboteurs, and records the respective positions of various branches of the OKW and RSHA. This document is a typewritten copy of good quality on very brown, brittle paper.
