Abstract This document is a summary of an interrogation of the witness conducted on the noted date. The subject is Lahousen's commentary on the Bechler Report, including his contention that the Nazi police organizations were responsible for the executions of civilians. The German Army, however, was responsible for the brutal treatment of POWs. Lahousen also states that he made entries in Canaris's diary and that Himmler inteitfionally implicated the Wehrmacht in actions generally perpetrated by the SS and SD. This document is a typewritten copy of adequate quality on brown and slightly browning paper.
