Abstract This document is summary of an interrogation of the witness conducted on 30 October 1945, in which Kirchert reports his observations of various concentration camps during the period of their being used primarily as slave labor facilities. According to Kirchert, concentration camps became extermination factories later, for reasons he cannot name except for the ascendant power of Pohl. This document is a typewritten copy of adequate to good quality on very brown, brittle paper.
