Abstract This document is a summary of an interrogation of the witness conducted on November 7, 1945 and establishes the likelihood of Mantel's knowledge of "all legal orders that passed through his headquarters from 1939 to 1945" (p.2), based on his continuous tenure on the legal staff of the Field Army Headquarters of the OKH. The document is a typewritten copy of good quality on marginally browning paper in good condition.
