Abstract This trial brief presents the case for a Common Plan or Conspiracy among the German military and the Nazi leaders to plunder private and cultural property in occupied territories, and without military necessity to destroy cities, towns, and villages, and documents many such violations of the Hague Convention (1907) defining the Regulations Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land. This document is a typewritten copy of good to poor quality on legal-size paper in various stages of deterioration.
