Abstract This trial brief presents the case for a conspiratorial knowledge and pursuit of several kinds of war crimes against military personnel. The statement of evidence documents violations of the Hague Convention (1907), which defines Regulations Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, and the Prisoners of War Convention (1929), by citing specific cases of the following: 1. "The murder of commandos, saboteurs, paratroopers, and members of military missions"; 2. "Lynching, beating, and killing of Allied airmen"; 3. "Mistreatment and murder of Soviet prisoners of war"; 4. "Malmedy Massacre." This document is a typewritten copy of adequate quality on legal-size paper in various stages of deterioration.
