Abstract Section 10.16 comprises two documents: a partial list of German officers "who fall within the definition of the German Staff in Appendix B of the Indictment"; and a complete list of the same. The complete list is introduced to General Donovan by a very brief memo from the author. The complete list provides the names, high ranks, and service dates of 124 officers, some of who appear in "Other Names," above. The "Note" at the end of this section summarizes the major organizational and command changes in the German military from 1933 to the end of the war. This document is a typewritten copy on fragile, browning paper.
