Abstract This document comprises both the English translation and the German original of a statement sworn to and signed by Colonel General Blaskowitz in the presence of Paul A. Neuland, "an officer duly qualified to take oaths" (pp.4 and 8). The statement touches on the urgent territorial questions facing Germany between the wars and the resolve of all Germans to have these questions settled, by force if necessary. Blaskowitz comments on Germany's rearmament, of which he approved, and on his role in the invasion of Poland. Both the translation and the German original contain a rudimentary chart of the German Military High Command. The entire document is a typewritten copy on browning, fragile paper.
