Abstract This document, marked "TOP SECRET," is a memo followed by a two-page list of participants. The occasion is Conference Barbarossa, which Hitler ordered for the purpose of receiving reports on the operation. The document contains nothing of substance other than the extensive list of military personnel ordered to attend. This document is a typewritten carbon copy of poor quality. The letters are blurred and many names are difficult to decipher.
