Abstract This document provides English translations of the oath of service of public officials and of the oath of service of the soldiers of the armed forces (German soldier's oath). Both oaths swear loyalty and obedience to Adolf Hitler. This document is a typewritten copy on fragile, browning paper and constitutes the attachment to the preceding document, "Memorandum to General Donovan" by D. A. Sprecher (also sectioned as 8.20).
