Abstract This document is, in effect, a catalogue of incidents of political terror and organized murder perpetrated by Nazi Party members and assorted minor operatives, both before the Nazi seizure of power in 1933 and shortly thereafter under the auspices of the fledgling Third Reich. Much of the information retains an anecdotal quality, possibly because many of the accounts have been drawn from German newspapers. Its "first draft" quality notwithstanding, this report serves as a kind of annotated "Who's Who" of Nazi criminals and their German victims. This document is a mimeograph copy on good paper and is identified as "Copy No. 44" Each page is stamped "SECRET."
