Abstract This translation summarizes an interview conducted by an unnamed American journalist with Arnold Rechberg. The latter "concerns himself principally with the Bolshevist danger to which he ascribes the outbreak of the war, and practically everything that has happened in Europe in recent years." This document is a typewritten carbon copy. A superior copy of this document (typewritten original) appears in Volume XII, Part 2, Subdivision 28 / Russia, section 28.04 of the Donovan Archive.
