Abstract This transcript recounts the resumption of the prosecution's case against the Nazi defendants on the charges of conspiracy to prepare for and wage aggressive war (see preceding documents, sections 5.07 and 5.08, respectively, of The Donovan Papers, Volume I, Part 2). This part of the presentation is the beginning of a detailed account of the preparations for war that Nazi Germany made during 1933 to 1936, including plans to finance a general rearmament of the German army, navy, and air force.
