"Book of Records for the (WIST) Church," Meeting Minute Book, 1817-1874 [series]:
The minute book contains a list of the first members, Articles of Faith and Church Covenant, reports from church meetings from neighboring towns, and decisions on membership (admitting and dismissing members). The monthly meeting minutes also include the election of church delegates and deacons and fund raising for the construction of a church building. At the end of the book there is a list of contributions from 1873 until 1878 and a list of membership by sex. Items to note:

A complaint was made charging a member of the church with slander.

 
p. 28-30, September 22, 1828
A special meeting was held to hear the testimony of a church member who had been accused of leaving the congregational church and meeting with the "Christians." His argument was about his faith.

 
September 2, 1854
A man was excommunicated "for using unduly spirituous liquor, falsifying the truth," and speaking with profane language.

The minute book records the elections of trustees, the question of trustee authority, financial matters, and the erection of a church building. Items of note:
