which pertain to the military establishment, the welfare of members of the
armed forces, and American participation in World War I; also, his statement as
to why he voted against the Soldiers' Bonus Bill of 1922 and letters commending
him for his stand; copies of speeches, press releases, and circulars concerning
the war effort, his campaigns for reelection on the Republican ticket, rural
mail deliveries, and other matters; also, clippings, photographs, and
miscellaneous items relating to his political career, the Gould and Judd
families, or to Goulds Pumps, Inc. of Seneca Falls, New York.
