Publications and other printed material from the Division, including DNS ALERT. Nutrition curriculum and policy material concerning Extension in the Department of Food and Nutrition in the NYS College of Home Economics in the 1950's and 1960's and later in the Department of Human Nutrition and Food in the College of Human Ecology, 1969-1974. Also 4-H projects, newsletters, Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) material and various other programs within the Division of Nutritional Sciences which was formed in 1974. Includes photographs.
