ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY
In 1925 the Department of Family Life was organized and in 1945 the
name was changed to the Department of Child Development and Family
Relationships. In 1969 the name changed to Human Development and Family
Studies, and during the 1998-99 year it was shortened to Human Development.
