The Cooper Bridge Plan Collection
The Cooper Bridge Plan Collection consists mainly of letters and drawings sent to Theodore Cooper, American civil engineer (1839-1919). Theodore Cooper was the author of the first authoritative specifications on bridge construction, published in 1884.
